Any style of Upper and Lower Eyeliner that includes a wing. Can be tattooed in a blended style like a soft pencil, or made to look like a liquid eyeliner. Can be placed in the Lash Line, Wet Line or both. I always consult first by drawing the desired style on my client and creating their best look.
